Snow Day Policy
Our weather in Ohio can be unpredictable, if we decide not to venture out due to bad weather you will receive a timely phone call, and we will reschedule your appointment as quickly as possible. As a courtesy, we ask that you clear your driveways and sidewalks for our safety as well.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies sometimes do arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel a your  appointment, we request that you give 24-hour notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee will be billed.

Payment Policy
Payments are required the day of your cleaning (as applies). We accept:  Cash, Check or Credit Card.

Vacation Policy
‍When going on vacation during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know in advance if you wish to skip or switch your appointment to a different day.  This way it will allow for someone else to be scheduled for your time slot.

Lock-Out Policy
We understand, at times your schedule can become hectic, causing you to forget to leave the entrance unlock for entry.  The first (1st) occurrence will be no additional fee,  thereafter the customer will be billed at half (1/2) the regular rate if we cannot gain entrance to your residence or office.
